We are currently seeking a talented Automotive Exterior Designer for our Production Design Studio located in MIRA Technology Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire. You will: Create, present and develop exterior designs for the IVe brand; Conduct research to support development and design concept; and Coordinate the development of 3D models.

Service Technician

What we need:

IVe is currently seeking service technicians to work within and around Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing area within our niche business in developing Technology directly supporting the organizations where you may purchase your fuel.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots, performs repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
  • Monitors and is accountable for accuracy of parts inventory on service van including, but not limited to, transfers of parts to appropriate jobs and other service techs as applicable as well as returns to warehouse facilities.
  • Analyzes electronic and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
  • Installs, programs and tests new equipment.
  • Communicate with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people.

What you need to have:

  • High School diploma or BTEC.
  • 1+ years of experience working in service station or fueling equipment repair or similar field.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel with occasional overnights.
  • Ability to operate mechanical equipment and machines as described.
  • Electrical Knowledge and excellent mechanical abilities.

Who we’re looking for

IVe’s is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Vehicle Services/Demand and Supply Administrator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide daily administrative support for the Vehicles Services and Demand & Supply departments.

Reporting to the Regional Demand & Supply Manager, the person in this role will support the Companies goal to provide industry-leading wholesale support through the administration of our new vehicle allocation and supporting programs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Administer biweekly dealer allocations.
  • Process dealer credits, dealer trades, vehicle inquiries, and special orders.
  • Review and process transit damage claims and ETA tracking.
  • Assign, track and manage regional demos and pool vehicle inventory.
  • Review dealer requests for MSOs; distribute/mail and track approvals.
  • Distribute and track company vehicle violations/infractions.
  • Process sale reversals for IVe Certified Used Vehicles.
  • Process dealer requests to flip inventory to or from dealer rental fleets.
  • Assist with the ordering and processing of associate lease vehicles.
  • Process new/used vehicle sales for associates, family members, retirees, and vendors.
  • Process and renew Ohio BMV paperwork for company vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory and tracking of “D2ZV” Distributor plates.
  • Process and distribute replacement Monroney labels.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute Demand & Supply reports including allocation summary, market rep, and GMP.
  • Research and respond to internal/external inquiry phone calls and emails.
  • Creation of various market-related PowerPoint presentations.
  • Update department Dealer Daily webpage.
  • Prepare and maintain reports for SOX compliance.
  • Analyze 3rd party data using vendor software.

What you bring

  • High school diploma, or higher, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in sales data analysis and/or logistics.
  • Capability and desire to function in a collaborative team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with customers, and internal team members.
  • Strong organizational skills & time management skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain good follow-up abilities.

  • Mail finance contracts accurately and timely each business day.
  • Accurately cost and post vehicle retail sales billing with a daily goal of posting all turned in deals.
