Competitive Advantages
The IVe Van has significant advantages compared to both Diesel and battery electric vehicles in terms of cost per km for equivalent payload, CO 2 and overall sustainability credentials and design.
The IVe Van has comparable weight (and so available payload), range and re-fuelling cycle as its Diesel counterparts but with a greatly extended life cycle whilst, of course, meeting the zero tailpipe emissions objective.
The IVe Van has a major weight advantage of around 1.9 tonnes compared to BEV’s up to 2.5 tonnes and so significantly increased payload potential together with a (full tank / full charge) range of over 3 times that of a BEV and almost double the expected life cycle.
Target Market
“The UK has a significant opportunity to decarbonise our energy system and act as a role model for countries… it is clear there is a pivotal role for hydrogen in the UK energy market of tomorrow”
